Partner Agreement

1. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for the physical security and maintenance of their network hardware. Partners must comply with all local regulations regarding internet service provision.

2. Revenue Sharing

Revenue splits are determined by the specific partner plan. Payouts are reconciled monthly and transferred via mobile money or bank transfer.

3. Infrastructure Ownership

Unless leased from Tiknet, all networking hardware remains the property of the Partner.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding revenue will be settled upon termination.
