1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tiknet Partner ("Service," "App," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Tiknet Partner mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tiknet Partner is a WiFi hotspot management platform that enables partners to:
- Manage router management systems and network infrastructure
- Create and assign internet plans to customers
- Monitor network usage and performance
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Track revenue and request payouts
- Manage team members and assign roles
Tiknet does not provide internet connectivity. Partners source connectivity independently and use Tiknet solely for access management, security, and monetization.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Operate a legitimate business
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
4. Account Registration
Account Creation
- You must create an account to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You must update information promptly when it changes
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use
- You may not share your account credentials
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Remain inactive for extended periods
- Pose security or legal risks
5. Subscription Plans
Plan Types
- Free Plan: Basic features with limited routers
- Paid Plans: Enhanced features, more routers, priority support
Billing and Payments
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
PreāPaid Subscription
- Payment is made upfront for the chosen period
- Subscription continues until the prepaid term ends
- You may cancel anytime, but service remains active until the end of the prepaid term
- No refunds or credits for unused time within the prepaid period
6. Partner Responsibilities
As a Tiknet Partner, you agree to:
Network Management
- Maintain proper router configuration and security
- Ensure network compliance with local regulations
- Monitor and manage customer access appropriately
- Prevent unauthorized network access
Customer Relations
- Provide fair and transparent service to customers
- Honor internet plan terms and pricing
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Protect customer privacy and data
Legal Compliance
- Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws
- Obtain necessary licenses and permits
- Pay applicable taxes and fees
- Prevent illegal activities on your network
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Interfere with Service operation
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to access the Service
7. Revenue and Payouts
Revenue Sharing
- You retain revenue from customer subscriptions
- Platform fees may apply based on your subscription plan
- Revenue is tracked in your wallet
Payout Requests
- Minimum payout threshold: $50.00 (Equivalent)
- Payouts processed within 3-7 business days
- Valid payment method required
- We may verify identity before processing payouts
- Payout fees may apply
Disputes
- Report discrepancies within 30 days
- We will investigate and respond within 14 days
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- Tiknet Partner and all related trademarks are our property
- The Service, including software, design, and content, is protected by copyright
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission
Your Content
- You retain ownership of data you upload
- You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service
- You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
9. Data and Privacy
Data Collection
- We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You consent to data collection and processing
- You are responsible for customer data privacy compliance
Data Security
- We implement reasonable security measures
- You must maintain secure passwords and access controls
- Report security incidents immediately
Data Backup
- We perform regular backups
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
- We are not liable for data loss
10. Service Availability
Uptime
- We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime level.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not liable for service interruptions
Modifications
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time
- We will provide reasonable notice of material changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
11. Third-Party Services
Integrations
- The Service integrates with router management systems, third-party payment processors, and other third parties
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures
- Third-party terms and policies apply

- We do not endorse or control third-party content

12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of information
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for losses due to:
- Service interruptions or errors
- Data loss or corruption
- Third-party actions
- Unauthorized access
- Your violation of these Terms
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
- Your customer relationships and disputes
15. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
Notices
Notices will be sent to your registered email address.
Language
The English version of these Terms controls in case of conflicts with translations.

18. Updates to Terms

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.
