Fees for paid services are non-refundable generally, except as required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Tiknet provides the service "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of data during service interruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
